Polyester Panel in Digital Print

The polyester fabric panel with digital printing is made from our 70 grams/m² FlagTex polyester fabric.

Our fabric is notable for its excellent workmanship, strong tear resistance, consistent slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface structure.

The edges are processed using an industrial hot cutting method, so the edge area is cauterized. Fraying is not possible.

With our direct-to-textile digital printers, we are capable of brilliantly reproducing any color values, photos, and gradients. The color design is done using the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side using direct textile printing.

The used ink is water-based and consequently environmentally friendly. It is fixed to the textile at approximately 180 degrees. Thus, the print image on the back is mirror-inverted. The color image on the back can be described as almost identical. The digital printing process is offered for small quantities. For large quantities, the printing is done using the screen printing process. See polyester fabric panels in screen print. The polyester fabric panel can be 100% recycled. There are no safety concerns with this product.

Two formats are available. The 50x75 cm size is ideal for the standing area. The 90x75 cm size would be ideally used for the seating area.

Of course, we also offer the product with the characteristic of being flame retardant according to EN 13501-1.

Custom-made products in special colors, sizes, or quantities can be manufactured in our in-house textile manufactory upon request.
