Fan block jersey banner

The fan block jersey banner is made from our flagtex polyester fabric 110 grams/m². Our material impresses with its good workmanship, strong tear resistance, the identical slightly shiny coloring and smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabric is weatherproof and can be used for the in -and outdoor area.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce any color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is carried out in the CMYK process and is on one side to the fabric in the textile directive. The ink used is water -based and consequently environmentally friendly. After the order, this is fixed to the textile with about 180 degrees. The print image on the back is therefore mirror -inverted.
The printing width of our systems and thus the seamless production is 310 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color -coordinated seam is added.
The selected fabric is also optionally available with the property of the flame trameness. Please choose "jersey banners" flame retardant.

The jersey banner is provided with a double industrial seam on the outskirts.
The jersey banner can also be provided with a stock tape on the back. This stocking tape is attached to the edge of the jersey and reinforces the grip and handling. In addition, the jersey banner can still be provided with carrying. This improves transport.
