Polyester Flag in Digital Print

The polyester flag with digital printing is made from our 70 grams/m² FlagTex polyester fabric. Our FlagTex polyester fabric is notable for its excellent workmanship, strong tear resistance, consistent slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface structure. The edges are processed using an industrial hot cutting method, so the edge area is cauterized. Fraying is not possible. Unlike screen printing, the digital printing process is suitable for small runs. With our direct-to-textile digital printers, we are capable of brilliantly reproducing any color values, photos, and gradients. The color design is done using the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side using direct textile printing. The used ink is water-based and consequently environmentally friendly. It is fixed to the textile at approximately 180 degrees. Thus, the print image on the back is mirror-inverted. The color image on the back can be described as almost identical. The processed elements, fabric and pole, can be separately 100% recycled. The material cannot be used to make projectile objects, so this product poses no safety risk. Of course, we also offer the product with the characteristic of being flame retardant according to EN 13501-1. Custom-made products in special colors, sizes, or quantities can be manufactured in our in-house textile manufactory upon request.
