The standards flag in digital printing is made of our selected Flagtex polyester fabric in the grammage 70 grams / m². Our fabric impresses with its good workmanship, strong tear resistance, identical slightly glossy color scheme and smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce all color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side in the textile deflector. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. This is fixed after the order on the textile with about 180 degrees. The printed image on the back is therefore mirrored. The throughput depends on the grammage of the material used. The color image of the back can be said to be nearly identical. The printing width of our systems and thus the seamless production is 310 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color coordinated seam is added.
In contrast to the classic panning banner, the standard flag is produced in portrait format. In the narrow fan block, this format has advantages over the panning banner in landscape format.
The flag border on the left side of the flag is adapted to the color scheme of the entire flag and is therefore not only made up of tone-on-tone but also seamlessly on the graphic design of the flag. The size of the flag seam adapts to the size of the flag and therefore the necessary flagpole. The end of the flag border is closed and reinforced accordingly.
FlagTex polyester fabric is also available with the option of flame retardancy. This fulfills the requirements of EN 13501-1.
