3D Tifo banner digital printing

The sector flag in digital printing is made from our selected FlagTex polyester fabrics in grammages of 70 grams / m² or 110 grams / m². Our fabrics are characterized by their good workmanship, a strong tear resistance, the identical slightly glossy coloring and a smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and can be used for indoor and outdoor. With our textile direct printing machines, we can reproduce all color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side in the textile deflector. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. The printing gets fixed with about 180 degrees Celsius on the textile. The printed image on the back is therefore mirrored. The throughput depends on the grammage of the material used. The color image of the back can be said to be nearly identical. The printing width of our systems and thus the seamless production is 260 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color coordinated seam is added. The sector flags in digital printing can be optionally equipped with different assemblies and the corresponding accessories. The range extends from the eyelet to the mounting of hemmed seams and the installation of tension straps. Finally, the flag is hemmed with the double-industrial stitching and can be additionally reinforced with a trimming band on the back. Special designs in special colors, sizes or quantities can be produced on request in our inhouse textile factory. Please note the corresponding care.
