The textile banner captivates compared to the PVC Banner with a noble surface and a higher quality print image. As a result, the textile banner is characterized by high stability and tear resistance. The basic color of the materials used is white. The digitex blockout fabric has a grammage of 260 grams/m². A blockout blockout on the back guarantees complete impermeability. Thus, the banner background is completely covered and does not shimmer through. Ideal to counteract disturbing lighting conditions or lighting.
The Digitex Blockout tissue impresses with good workmanship, brilliant color rendering, a strong tear resistance, the identical, slightly shiny coloring and the smooth surface structure. The material is weatherproof and can be used for the in and outdoor area. The high grammage enables a smooth and fold -free suspension. The material is flammable and meets the requirements according to EN 13501-1. It is the European successor-based of the German DIN 4102-B1.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce any color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is on one side on one side in the textile directive onto the fabric. The ink used is water -based and consequently environmentally friendly. After the order, this is fixed to the textile at approx. 180 degrees. The high grammage excludes a pressure and thus a mirror -changing illustration on the back. The textile banner can be optionally equipped with different clothing and the corresponding accessories. The palette ranges from the oil to the attachment of hollow hems to the installation of tension belts. Finally, the flag is surrounded with the double industrial seam and can also be reinforced with a stock tape on the back. We can produce special designs in special colors, sizes or quantities in our in -house textile factory on request. Please note the corresponding care instructions.
