Will the film hold up in wind and weather when I glue it together to create a design?

It depends on the proper adhesive material. It should hold the films even in humid conditions. You can find a selection of the best adhesive tapes here. Additionally, the size of the design also matters. The larger it is, the more susceptible it will be to wind, and you might need to reinforce the film bonding more frequently.
