Our nonwoven fabric made from polypropylene has a grammage of 70 grams per square meter. It is characterized by its high raw density, exceptional tear resistance, low absorbency, and consequently low paint consumption. Manufactured in a width of 1.5 meters and a length of 100 meters, this fabric impresses with its quick readiness for use.
Whether you use our choreography paint, fabric paint, or fabric spray paint, the applied color quickly and completely covers the textile. Drying occurs within an hour. Therefore, our nonwoven fabric is ideally suited as a banner or large block flag. Its sewing properties are outstanding, further enhancing its durability and reliability.
An additional feature is the ability to bond fabric strips together to create large block flags. For this purpose, the edge areas of the fabric have been specially impregnated. This impregnation increases the adhesive strength and allows the special adhesives to fuse together.
Two special adhesives are available.
In the first adhesive option, a double-sided textile tape is applied to one side of the fabric, while the other side overlaps. This creates a white adhesive seam that becomes invisible after painting over. The tape has a width of 50mm and a length of 25 meters. Four rolls are required for 100 meters.
In the second option, the fabric strips are laid side by side along the edges and connected with a 7.5 cm wide, extra-strong transparent adhesive tape. This eliminates the white adhesive seam.
Both adhesive tapes are equipped with exceptionally strong textile adhesive power and fuse seamlessly with the fabric.
