The mesh fabric was developed for outdoor use. The structured mesh fabric allows, due to its structure and associated wind permeability, a long-lasting alternative to the classic PVC banner.
We offer two different base materials. One is the classic PVC mesh fabric and the other is the PVC-free textile mesh fabric.
The PVC-free mesh banner, made from textile mesh fabric, contains no PVC and has a weight of 225 grams/m². This fabric is made from mesh textile and, because of its mesh structure, is both wind-permeable and light-permeable. This makes it ideal for use as a wind-load banner for outdoor areas, but it can also be used indoors. The surface of the mesh fabric is white with a silky gloss, ensuring that your printed design is displayed optimally. Thanks to the diagonal thread, the fabric is highly tear-resistant and dimensionally stable.
The material is flame retardant and meets the requirements of DIN 4102-B1. The high-quality workmanship and materials used make it durable, washable, UV-resistant, scratch-proof, weather-resistant, and extremely tear-resistant. Due to its low weight and volume, the material can be rolled or folded after use without damage. This makes these advertising media very space-saving in terms of storage and transport. Produced using direct digital printing, the mesh banner offers an infinite variety of colors up to photo quality, with excellent color brilliance and lightfastness. The material is optimized for high-resolution solvent digital printing up to 1440 DPI. Images, as well as text or line graphics, are displayed optimally.
The seamless production of this item is limited to a size of 3 x 100 meters. If larger dimensions are needed, a seam is added, and the panels are connected together. The seams are discreet and provide additional stability to the material.
