The hand waver with digital printing is made from our FlagTex polyester fabric, weighing 70 grams/m². The fabrics are distinguished by their excellent craftsmanship, strong tear resistance, identical slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface texture. Additionally, the fabrics are weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With our textile direct printing machines, we are capable of brilliantly reproducing any color values, photos, and color gradients. The color design is done in the CMYK process and is applied unilaterally in direct textile printing on the fabric. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. After application, it is fixed onto the textile at approximately 180 degrees. The print on the reverse side is thus a mirror image. The print-through depends on the weight of the material used. The color on the reverse side can be considered almost identical. The selected fabrics are also optionally available with flame-retardant properties.
For easy handling when waving, you can choose between a plastic or wooden rod. Of course, you can also choose the hand waver without a rod.
For an additional charge, the flag poles can be inserted into the flag and, as an additional option, can be fixed with either a clip or an adhesive dot.
The flag hem on the left side of the flag is matched to the color design of the entire flag, so it is not only tone-on-tone but also seamlessly tailored to the graphic design of the flag. The size of the flag hem adapts to the size of the flag and the consequently necessary flagpole. The end of the flag hem is closed and reinforced accordingly. The flag is produced with a double industrial seam and fully impresses with its high-quality workmanship and corresponding durability. Special designs in specific colors, sizes, or quantities can be produced in our in-house textile manufacturing facility upon request. Please note the corresponding care instructions.
