The lawn banner in digital printing is made from our flagtex polyester fabric in the grammage 110 grams/m² or with our digitex banner in the grammage 125 grams/m². Our fabrics impress with their good workmanship, strong tear resistance, the identical slightly shiny coloring and smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and can be used for the in and outdoor area. The two fabrics differ in the grammage and tightness of the fabrics. The 125 gram/m² convinces with a higher tightness and can consequently score with a higher opaqueness when laying on the lawn.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce any color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is carried out in the CMYK process and is on one side to the fabric in the textile directive. The ink used is water -based and consequently environmentally friendly. After the order, this is fixed to the textile with about 180 degrees. The printing width of our systems and thus the seamless production is 310 cm. Our materials are flammable and meet the requirements according to EN 13501-1. It is the following standard of the German DIN 4102-B1.
The banner is manufactured as a cap seam in the double industrial seam process.
As a result, large format prints can be viewed optically as seamless.
