Semi-automatic belay device with supporting braking force for our 3D TIFO ropes.
The safety system for the controlled discharge of the 3D Tifo ropes has been developed to avoid accidents when lowering the 3D Tifo construction. This is done by the logical cable guide and the automatic double-stop blocking function.
This helps with uncontrolled operation or too rapid lowering of the construction. The device locks automatically if the lever is pulled too far back (panic function).
But also speedy cable dispensing is no problem with the belay device.
