The block flag sewn according to the pattern is made with our polyester in a weight of 60 grams/m². The polyester impresses with its lightness, high color intensity, and extremely high raw density. Despite the low grammage, the material stands out with exceptional robustness and durability. Moreover, due to its low grammage, the flag is a true transportation marvel.
The flag is made to customer specifications in various sizes. Additionally, there are different patterns and a wide range of finishing options available. The flag is processed using panels that are 1.5 meters wide. The seam used to join the fabrics is an extremely robust industrial double seam. This seam is also used for hemming the flag. In combination with our fabric paints, the block flag sewn according to the pattern can be optimized into a custom-designed block flag.
The block flag meets the requirements for flame retardancy according to the European standard EN 13501-1. This is the successor standard to DIN 4102-B1.
Special designs and custom sizes are available upon request through our in-house textile manufacturing facility.
